Shipping & returns

The Grind Shop makes every attempt to get your order processed and shipped in a timely manner.  If orders are placed before 2PM MST (Arizona), orders will be shipped that day or the following morning.  If a order is placed on a Friday or over the weekend, the order will ship on Monday morning.

The Grind Shop policy on returns is returns must be returned in "new-unridden" condition within 30 days of shipping at the customers expense.  Items returned in not "new" condition may either be denied being returned or subject to a restocking fee of 15-25% depending on the damage (we can't sell a used product at full retail cost).  Not "new" condition would include: being dirty (wheels, grips, grip tape, etc.), scratches, dings, etc.  Please call The Grind Shop to notify them of your return, and once received and inspected, a refund will be processed in 3-5 business days.  If it is subject to a restocking fee, you will be notified.
